Reviews and Ratings
I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was perfect and very clean, equipped with a fridge and microwave. The service was friendly and went above and beyond to assist us. The location was great, near the highway and stores, and the dining experience was better than the typical hotel breakfast. The facilities were top-notch.
The hotel offers some of the nicest rooms we've stayed in during our tour. The constant fan running with the compressor coming on as needed provided a soothing white noise ambiance. The desk in the room was convenient for work, and all this was provided free of charge. However, upgrading the room was a bit challenging due to our reservation method through Priceline.
Staying at the hotel was a delightful experience. The rooms were quiet, super clean, and overlooked a beautiful pond with black swans and lovely gardens. The air conditioning worked perfectly to combat the heat outside. However, there were some shortcomings like the lack of blackout curtains.
The hotel rooms were perfect and very clean, providing all the necessary amenities like a desk, hotel-sized fridge, microwave, dresser, nightstands, and flat-screen TV. The service was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to assist us during a crisis mode situation. The location was nice, surrounded by shops and restaurants, and the dining experience was enjoyable, especially at the Spike and Rail Steak House. The facilities were great, offering various services like room service, car hire, dry cleaning, laundry, and newspaper service.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable with a lovely view of the pretty pond and gardens, although some areas in the hallway could use a bit of care. The service was outstanding, especially with a staff member going above and beyond to ensure our weekend was unforgettable. The location was charming with a beautiful pond featuring black swans and koi fish, despite being a bit worn down in some areas. The dining experience offered a voucher for breakfast next door, though I wish there was a breakfast buffet option. The facilities were decent overall.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and offered a good rest, though they were a bit outdated. The service was friendly and helpful, with a special thank you to Stephen. The location was convenient, near main roads and services. The dining options were good value for money considering the cost of the lodging.
The hotel had the usual cozy beds with nice linen, clean rooms, in-room coffee and amenities, flatscreen with HD channels, and reliable wifi. However, the constant fan noise and occasional compressor sounds from another room were a bit distracting.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were nice and clean, very quiet, and super comfortable. The staff was very nice as well, going above and beyond to assist us during a difficult time. The location was great, near the highway and stores, and the dining experience was enjoyable with a small Starbucks and a cute gift shop. However, it was hard to find off the freeway, and there was no Continental Breakfast available.
My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and came with all the amenities I needed. The staff went above and beyond to assist us, making our stay extra special. The location was perfect for our gathering, and the onsite facilities were excellent. However, the dining experience was a bit limited, but the hotel made up for it with other features.
My stay at this hotel was exceptional! The rooms were quiet, with a nice desk, very comfortable, and immaculately clean. It felt like the typical Holiday Inn property, boasting fluffy beds with luxurious linen, clean surroundings, in-room coffee, amenities, a flatscreen with HD channels, and reliable wifi. However, there was some freeway noise that occasionally disturbed the peace, but overall, a fantastic experience.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and adequately sized, with all the necessary amenities. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the area. In terms of location, it was convenient, with some unique touches like a pond with fish and black swans. Although the dining options were limited, the included breakfast was a nice addition.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were comfortable and clean, but the noise from the nearby road and railway line was quite bothersome. The service was exceptional, especially thanks to Stephen who truly went above and beyond to assist us. The location was convenient with easy access to main roads and services, but there were some communication issues regarding certain arrangements. The dining experience was enjoyable with good value for money, and the facilities were satisfactory.
My stay at this hotel was pleasant overall. The room, although a bit cramped compared to other suites, was furnished and decorated nicely. The king size bed was very comfortable, and the view of the pond with black swans and gardens was lovely. The onsite facilities were excellent, and cleanliness was top-notch. The service provided was very accommodating and friendly, ensuring a comfortable stay. The location was convenient with nearby shops and restaurants, and the pond with black swans added a nice touch. The dining experience was good, although I missed having a breakfast buffet option. The facilities provided met my expectations, offering everything I needed during my stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were comfortable and clean, but the noise from the nearby road and railway line was quite bothersome. On the bright side, the rooms faced the hotel parking lot and the shopping center across the street, offering some nice views. The service was top-notch with extremely friendly staff, but the occasional freeway noise from the location was a bit distracting. The dining experience was enjoyable, especially with the small Starbucks and gift shop in the lobby. The facilities were generally good, providing a nice environment overall.

The location was convenient, near the highway and stores, but nothing extraordinary. The dining experience was enjoyable, and the facilities were well-maintained.
